Today, we had the pleasure of attending the soft opening of Parc Le Tralour, the latest culinary venture from the innovative Chef “Panini” Pete Blohme & Nick DiMario from PP Hospitality Group. This new concept restaurant packs a flavorful punch with five different options under one roof. Whether you're in the mood for a classic favorite sandwich from Panini Pete's or something new and exciting from the new concepts, Astronaut Chicken, Taco Hermano, or Mobtown Slice. Parc Le Tralour has something for everyone. If you can't find something to eat on this menu, are you even hungry, bro?
The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior is comfortable for fast-casual dining. You grab a table and use Toast, a phone app, to place your order. Having four different concepts under one roof showcases Pete and Nick's knack for putting flavors together. From savory paninis to delectable desserts (beignets anyone?!), the choices are delicious.
We ordered from Astronaut Chicken, Taco Hermano, and some beignets from Panini Pete's. It was all delicious. The tacos were flavorful and juicy. The portions were large. The beignets were a real treat too!
Pete's love for Mobile is evident. He has created a space that serves great food but also gives PP Hospitality some flexibility to try new concepts to see what sticks. Parc Le Tralour is a place where you can grab a good lunch, catch up with friends, and have options. His efforts to improve and innovate are not just about the food but about creating an experience that celebrates the vibrant spirit of Mobile.
Overall, our experience at Parc Le Tralour was exceptional, especially considering it was their first few hours of opening. We highly recommend this new gem to anyone looking for a tasty meal in Mobile. With its diverse menu and welcoming atmosphere, Parc Le Tralour is sure to become a beloved spot for locals and visitors alike. Don't miss out on this exciting new addition to our city's dining scene!
