Join us for an evening of socializing and delicious local oysters provided by Mobile Oyster Company. James Beard award-winning Chef Ryan Prewitt, of Peche - New Orleans, will be serving a variety of mouth-watering oyster poboys for your enjoyment. They'll pair perfectly with the flavors of Mobile's very own Haint Blue Brewing Co.
The event will be 6-8pm on Wednesday October 23 at Haint Blue Brewery. Tickets are $25 and proceeds benefit Mobile Baykeeper.
We’ll be serving three varieties of oyster poboys:
- traditional (tomato, mayonnaise, lettuce, hot sauce)
- Vietnamese (pickled carrots, jalapeños, spicy mayonnaise, cilantro, cucumber)
- Bacon (fried oysters, crispy bacon, smoked chili aioli, creamed greens)
