ATSS Engineering has a client north of Mobile, AL with a Craft Recruiter opening.
The Recruiter will report to the Manager of Learning and Talent Development and is expected to develop, implement, and/or maintain employment and other recruiting and sourcing programs.
Recruiter will develop and create innovative recruitment strategies to establish a sturdy pipeline of candidates from traditional and non-traditional talent pools.
Recruit and source for numerous positions, including interviewing and screening applicants, and may extend offers of employment to candidates.
Lead talent acquisition process improvement programs.
Coordinate pre-employment travel, reporting dates, and employment processing.
Handle employment advertising campaigns and programs.
Function as a liaison with external resources such as temporary agencies, contract and retained search agencies, etc.
Recruiter will also serve as a technical specialist involving sourcing, recruiting and identifying candidates for highly specialized, difficult-to-attract engineering positions.
Promote relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Form and implement recruiting strategies.
MUST: Bachelor’s degree in HR (Human Resources), Business, or related field.
MUST: 5+ years’ experience in full life-cycle recruiting in the Industrial Manufacturing industry.
Recruiter will be subjected to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

MUST: Outstanding time management, organizational, writing, and oral communication skills.
MUST: Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases.
MUST: Capable of quickly learning systems, processes, and procedures.
Expertise of full lifecycle recruiting segments including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, and assessing candidates.
Competence to recruit for all disciplines of a corporation including Finance, Operations, Engineering, and IT (Information Technology).
Capacity to handle demands while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
Demonstrated ability to direct the attention and respect of senior level leaders.
Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions.
Solid judgement and sharp initiative abilities/skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite of applications.
Applicant Tracking Systems experience is a plus.
